You bette run fast is an outtake from the album Daylight saving. When writing songs for this album, we were listenning to a lot of pop punk and new school punk rock bands like Alkaline Trio, New Found Glory, Blink 182, Get Up Kids, Jimmy Eat World... It was recorded in 2001 at Power Plant Studio.
